If your answer is YES, why not come and join the "FLTRP Cup"? Communicate with other outstanding youths from all over the world, meet with the most interesting peers, and gain friendships with whom you probably share 

the same ideals! 

Initiated in 2002 by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP), the "FLTRP Cup" English Public 

Speaking Contest has been regarded as one of the most prestigious English public speaking competitions with 

leading standards in China, attracting an enormous number of participants from across the country.

In 2017, the Online Contest of the "FLTRP Cup" was first open to all the international students studying in the 

universities and colleges in China. Of all the international contestants, ten reached the National Final. 

Two of them got the First Prize, and one got the Second Runner-up!

To participate in the Online Contest, you should make a video of a 3-minute prepared speech on the given topic. 

Please refer to the following requirements:
1. Timeline:
June 1st, 2018 - October 21st, 2018
2. Submission:
1) A subtitle.
2) The script of your speech.
3) A 3-minute speech video (Size: 50M-500M).
4) Your 1-inch ID photo (with white background).
Notes:
1  For optimal audio-visual effects, please make sure your video is shot horizontally and is clear in sight and voice. The video must NOT be processed by any editing tools.
2   Please see the format requirements of the photo, script, and video on the official website.
3  The video cannot be uploaded via mobile devices; please submit your video via a computer.

Step Two
Confirm the Participation Agreement.

Fill in your information. Upload a video of a 3-minute prepared speech, the script and your 1-inch ID photo 

(with white background).

Step Three
Click on the “Submit” button.
